Who we are
Velil is a trading brand in the United Kingdom. Enquiries are handled through desk@velilhq.com. The contracting entity, invoice issuer and payment route are confirmed in written scope before any engagement.
What we collect
When you send a brief we receive what you provide: name, work email, company and message. Do not include sensitive personal data, credentials or client files in a first message.
Why we use it
To respond to your brief and, if you engage Velil, to deliver the work. Lawful basis: consent and legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Storage and sharing
Your brief opens as an email to the desk inbox. Data is not sold and not shared for advertising. Trusted providers are used for email, hosting and normal operations. Client systems, sources and records are handled only under written scope and the agreed data boundary.
Cookies and logs
No advertising trackers. The site relies on essential browser features and hosting logs needed to operate and protect it.
Retention
Unconverted enquiries are reviewed and deleted within 12 months unless a live commercial reason exists. Engagement records may be kept up to 7 years for contract, accounting, tax, dispute or legal purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to processing: desk@velilhq.com. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
